Welcome to Watford Speakers Club, part of Toastmasters International, where you can learn to confidently speak in public.

At Watford Speakers you can increase your confidence, develop leadership, public speaking and presentation skills, and learn to think on your feet using tried and trusted methods.

Attending Watford Speakers as a Guest

The best way to understand what we do at Watford Speakers is to come along to a meeting as a guest. It is free to attend as a guest to observe the meeting and you get a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits too! Guests attend free of charge for two or three meetings so that they can see for themselves what a meeting is like.

You are very welcome to attend 2-3 meetings free as a guest – we meet on the first and third Tuesday evening of the month. Click here to find out the date of our next meeting!

Watford Speakers also offer a Speechcraft program, an introduction course to Toastmasters, in which non-members learn the fundamentals of public speaking from experienced Toastmasters.

Membership

There is a one-time only joining fee of £20.00, and then £54.00 per 6 months pro-rata, payable at the start of January and July.
